Having built his skills and reputation in some of Ottawa's most notable restaurants, Steve Wall is one of the city's most respected Chefs. His Wellington West restaurant, “Supply and Demand”, which he launched in January 2013 with wife Jennie, has created a strong following with its ever-changing menu of innovative raw seafood creations and refined hand made pastas. In 2014 EnRoute magazine named Supply and Demand as the 4th best new restaurant in Canada and by the end of the same year, at the age of 29, Stephen was listed in the top 30 under 30 for his commitment to the hospitality industry. Steve currently lives with Jennie and their two young children just a few streets away from Supply and Demand, and starts most days with early morning pasta making.
